Warranty Policy

At Plan B Repairs, we are committed to providing high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. Our warranty policy is designed to give you confidence in the reliability of our workmanship and parts.

Standard Warranty Periods

We provide the following warranty coverage for our repairs:

  • Motherboard Repairs: Covered under a 90-day warranty
  • Standard Repairs: Repairs involving batteries, screens, and small parts are covered for 180 days

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Liquid Damage: Repairs performed on devices with signs of liquid damage are excluded from warranty coverage
  • Physical Damage: Any damage occurring after the repair, such as cracked screens, damaged components, or bent frames
  • Customer Misuse: Issues caused by improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or mishandling of the device

Extended Warranty for B2B Clients

For our valued B2B clients, we offer extended warranty periods of up to a maximum of 1 year. These extended warranties are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and tailored to meet the needs of our partners.

Warranty Claims

This is a Return-to-Base Warranty, meaning devices must be returned to our repair facility for evaluation. If the issue is deemed warrantable, the necessary repairs will be performed at no additional cost.

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us as soon as the issue arises
  2. Provide proof of repair, such as the original receipt or invoice
  3. Return the device to our repair facility for assessment

Additional Notes

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the specific parts repaired or replaced by Plan B Repairs
  • Warranty claims are valid only for the original customer and are non-transferable
